Tour Plan
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo. After clearing customs, meet your guide and begin your journey to Sigiriya. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe elephants being fed and bathed. Continue to the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its impressive rock caves adorned with ancient Buddhist murals and statues. After breakfast at your hotel, visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, another UNESCO World Heritage site. Climb the rock and explore the ancient ruins, including frescoes and the Lion’s Gate. Afterward, depart for Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka. On arrival, visit the Temple of the Tooth, which houses the sacred tooth relic of Buddha.
